Our founders journey is a story of transformation and impact. With a background in the travel industry, she paved her way into financial services (FS), leading award-winning Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives that transformed organisations.
Having earned accolades in DEI, she recognised the need for industry-wide change. Her vision of an inclusive travel sector led to the founding of the Inclusive Travel Forum. With an experienced advisory board of travel industry leaders who have a shared passion for inclusivity and creating a fairer travel industry, the Forum has been developed to support the needs of forward thinking tour operators, travel agents, hotels, airlines, cruise operators, DMCs, Tourist Boards and all travel industry partners.
